How long will my order take to ship?

Can I rush my nails?
If you need to rush your order for an event, photoshoot, or anything else, please contact me BEFORE placing the order. I'll let you know whether I have the time in my schedule and I can invoice you the fee for rush. All rush orders are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours of the fee being paid.
How do I know my size?
If it is your first time ordering with us, a complimentary sizing kit will be sent out after the purchase of your set!
What do I get with my order?
You Recieve:
•1 set of 10 Press on Nails
•Detailed instructions for application and removal
•Full Nail Kit: cuticle pusher, prep wipes, mini nail file/buffer, 2 gram nail glue and a sheet of 24 nail tabs.
Do you accept cancellations or returns?
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24 hours you are agreeing to wait for your item to be made and no refunds will be issued.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final (except in the case of products delivered in defective or damaged state. This rarely happens, but if so, please email info@ognails.com and include 1 or more images of the item(s).

How do I apply my nails?
A detailed guide for application & removal + a full nail kit are included with every order. Our nail application is super-simple!
How long will my nails stay on?
Nail tabs are perfect for temporary wear & will give you 1-2 days of wear. Nail glue will last 2-3 weeks with proper nail prep. Our nail are meant to be re-used, and with proper care they will last you through many applications.

We try to photograph our items as true-to-color as possible, but due to the way different monitors and phone screens display color please understand that they may differ slightly. Each product is custom made by hand and CANNOT be returned. By purchasing our items, you need to be sure that slight variations in color between the online representation and the actual colors may vary slightly.***
